ORDER MANAGEMENT

The Riverside Swiss Implementation Procedure Plan provides a customized system to meet customer requirements. When material specifications, or important handling or process instructions need to be implemented, our system can meet requirements and all pass down information from customer purchase orders to our planning procedure.  

Shop routers are created with step by step instructions including blueprint, material requirements, and a job ID number traceable to the purchase order. A detailed plan is created to assure accuracy and product repeatability.  

Our outside process vendors are monitored for their performance and must meet the highest standards for product handling and on-time deliveries. We supply our vendors with comprehensive purchase orders detailing customer requirements, processes, and handling instructions. We also include prints, detailed pictures, sample parts, and gauges when appropriate.

SHIPPING

Products are packaged in egg crates or other appropriate packing. Orders are delivered safely and on-time with the following documentation in 9×12 envelopes to assure documents are not folded.

  • Material Certifications (DFAR Compliant)
  • Test Reports (Actual)
  • Inspection Report
  • Outside Process Certifications
